Custom Hats for Events, Teams & Companies | Rigs Hat Company

Our custom hat program is designed to bring your idea to life for your company, event, or team. We’ll work closely with you to translate your logo or concept into a clean, wearable design using the same Rigs hats our customers know and love — with the same fit, materials, and quality standards as our retail products.

Custom orders are available with a minimum of 50 hats per design. Please note that the minimum lead time is typically 5 weeks. To get started, fill out the contact form below with a few details about what you’re looking to create, including quantities, logo, and when you’re hoping to receive the hats. From there, we’ll review your request and follow up with next steps, pricing and a mockup for approval.


Your design your way

  • Two tone or solid colour

    You have the option to choose a two tone style (displayed here) or a solid colour hat. We will work together to turn your vision into a reality.

  • Structured Design

    With the structured "A-frame" style you are getting a pointed shape. This is a very popular style, sure to make your custom hat one of your all-time favourties.

  • Unstructured Design

    We also have the option to do more of an unstructured style. This will still have a pointed shape to it, but has a bit more of a shallow fit to it.
